Power Production. The energy cycle starts with converting primary sources—fossil fuels, nuclear, or renewables—into electricity. Each production system has specific and delicate cooling needs. LU-VE heat exchangers ensure efficient thermal management of engines, generators, turbines, and auxiliaries, enhancing reliability and energy efficiency while supporting environmental goals.
Power Transmission. To deliver electricity over long distances, systems must maintain maximum efficiency and stability. Effective cooling is critical in substations and converter stations, where LU-VE solutions manage the heat generated by power electronics.

Power Distribution. As electricity is stepped down to lower voltages for end users, cooling remains essential. LU-VE technologies provide reliable thermal control for transformers, inverters, and rectifiers, helping to balance the grid and ensure continuous service.

Fin material

There are several alternatives to protect heat exchangers from corrosion, each of them designed for a specific environmental condition.

R-fin is a patented solution designed to provide increased mechanical and corrosion resistance in all environments, from urban to heavy industrial. Applicable both to coated and uncoated fins.

Casing painting

LU-VE uses corrosion-resistant steel alloys, often hot-dip galvanized, to ensure durability in harsh environments.

A wide range of powder and liquid coatings—applied in single or multiple layers—enhances protection, covering corrosion classes from C4-H to CX.

Specific repair procedures maintain coating integrity throughout the product lifecycle.

UNRIVALLED FAN PERFORMANCE

Fan motors

Different fan diameters and types are available depending on the product model, all are ERP compliant. Different options regarding electrical accessories are also available, based on fan type.

  • AC fan motors are the standard solution for the external rotor motors.
  • EC fan motors are external rotor motors equipped with integrated electronic commutation speed control.
  • IEC fan motors are internal rotor motors available for various power supplies.
